01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22WowPH ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or playing any game on22WowPH, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 22WowPH platform, regardless of how you access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application we may release. We encourage you to save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. 02 Eligibility

To register and use 22WowPH, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 22WowPH or any regulatory authority.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing, playing, or withdrawing.

22WowPH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all pending transactions frozen pending a formal age verification review. Any winings acrued during this period may be forfeited if the age restriction is confirmed to have been breached.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 22WowPH. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number or email address, and any other details we request. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22WowPH login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.22WowPH will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 22WowPH may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, UMID, Voter's ID) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22WowPH currently accepts the following Philippine-based payment channels:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. These thresholds are set to ensure transaction viability and may be adjusted at our discretion with prior notice to players.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 22WowPH are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If you initiate a payment using a foreign-currency card, your bank's prevailing exchange rate will apply, and any conversion fees are your responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.22WowPH does not guarantee specific processing times, as they may be affected by your payment provider's own timelines or compliance checks.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

You may not use 22WowPH accounts to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

22WowPH offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry periods.

• Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless otherwise stated.
• 22WowPH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to chip dumping, arbitrage betting, and coordinated play between accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawing funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being deducted from your balance.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

22WowPH is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting glitches, bugs, or technical errors in the platform. Any winings obtained through such exploits may be voided.
• Coluding with other players in games where individual competition is expected (e.g., poker, Tongits).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the 22WowPH platform infrastructure.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment credentials to make deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving services or playing with deposited funds.

All game outcomes on 22WowPH are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer streams from regulated studios. 22WowPH does not manipulate game results under any circumstances. If you believe a technical error has affected a game outcome, contact support immediately — we will investigate and resolve the matter fairly.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the 22WowPH platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of 22WowPH or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of this content without our prior written consent.

Game software and content provided by third-party game developers remain the intellectual property of those developers and are used by 22WowPH under valid licensing agreements. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive,-transferable licence to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

08 Limitation of Liability

22WowPH provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 22WowPH shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from platform downtime, game disconnections, or payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind related to your use of the platform.
• Any loss caused by unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. 22WowPH collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

We collect data necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, process your transactions, and comply with regulatory requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming

22WowPH strongly advocates for responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should remain a source of fun — not stress or financial hardship. As part of our commitment to player welfare, we provide tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity, including:

• Session time reminders and cooling-off periods

11 Termination and Suspension

22WowPH may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading registration information.
• Engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abused the bonus system or engaged in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 6.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending a compliance review. If the closure is not related to a breach — for example, you choose to close your account voluntarily — your remaining balance will be refunded via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC verification.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your request promptly and ensure any remaining balance is returned to you once all compliance requirements are met.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 22WowPH that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage players to contact our support team so we can work toward a fair and timely resolution. Most issues — from transaction queries to game disputes — can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

13 Changes to These Terms

22WowPH reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 22WowPH after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as outlined in Section 11.
